At TroveArt, we take great pride in the quality of our wall art, canvas prints, framed artwork, and home & office decoration products. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your TroveArt purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s), subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Any protective wrapping, tags, or labels must still be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom / Personalised Art: Wall art that has been custom-made, personalised with text, or created to your specific requirements.
  • Items damaged by the customer: Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or storage after delivery.
  • Sale / Clearance Items: Products purchased during clearance sales (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
  • Gift Cards & Digital Products.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your wall art or decoration item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what was described on our website:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, including the packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@troveart.lk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For PayPal payments (processed in USD), the refund will be issued in USD. The LKR amount you receive may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between the purchase date and the refund date.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged / Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different wall art piece or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

9. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
  • Custom / personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider — processing times can vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@troveart.lk.
